NCVPS adds Math and American History resources to NCLOR
The North Carolina Virtual Public School is a supplemental service to the public schools of North Carolina. Students enroll through their local public school, grades are reported to their public school, and their school awards credit. The courses use learning management and collaborative software to maximize student interaction in each class. NCVPS teachers use the latest technologies to engage students as well as prepare them to be career and college ready.
Eventually, this collection will include resources in many different subjects but initially Math and American History are currently available. Each resource has been vetted by NC educators and tagged to NC and Common Core standards.
To access this series, you can do any of the following:
- Log into the NCLOR and click on “Browse by Resource Series” and then the NC Virtual Public School series.
- If you are faculty, you can add the links to the resources directly to your LMS based course. (learn how)
- Simply, click NCVPS Collection to view the series as a guest.
