The NCLOR staff will upgrade the core application to version 6.4 QA3 on Friday, December 30th at 10:00 a.m. There should only be a couple of hours of down time associated with this upgrade. The NCLOR team apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
The NCLOR service will be temporarily unavailable from 7:00-8:30 PM on Tuesday, August 30th. The downtime is required for standard maintenance and upgrades from the hosting data center. The NCLOR staff apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this short downtime may cause.
NCLOR System Admin
The NCLOR will be updating its application software on July 28th. The NCLOR will be unavailable from 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 28th while we update and test the system. We will be upgrading our current 6.3 production instance to version 6.4. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this scheduled down time may cause.

The production site of NCLOR will be updating to a secure setting at noon on Saturday, Feb 28th, 2015. The update should go completely unnoticed for most NCLOR users. A very small server downtime (5 minutes or less) is needed to implement the change.
Only the application will be switching to SSL ( a.k.a. https://) and the portal page explorethelor.org will not be affected. All learning management system administrators with integrations with NCLOR have been made aware of the change and are preparing as needed.

A NCLOR server upgrade is scheduled for this Saturday, February 7th. The NCLOR application is migrating to a new virtual server which will result in improved performance. The application will now share secure URLs for resource links. The service will be unavailable from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M on the 7th of February while the migration takes place.We apologize for any inconvenience in advance.
On 12/21/2014, the application that runs the NCLOR will be updated to version 6.3 and will be unavailable for a time. The NCLOR staff is planning for a half day of downtime but hope to have the service back up as quickly as possible. The NCLOR hosting service is currently experiencing some network issues affecting several services. There are performance issues with NCLOR, Production and Test instances. NCLOR staff have confirmed with the ITS Service Desk that work on the network issues is in progress but no ETA for a resolution at this point.
